Es ist halt schon so, Wissensstand heute: Je öfter eins mit Covid angesteckt wird, desto anfälliger auf weitere Infektionen. Doch endlich ist diese zähe Grippe ausgestanden und die Zeh, die es erwischt hatte, hält auch wieder. Nur der Bluterguss wabert noch bisschen in der Fussballe rum. Am Donnerstag hatte ich Muskelkatze vom dreistündigen Nähkurs am Abend zuvor. Die Muckis brauchen jetzt halt erneut wieder Aufbautraining, aber mei, auch das ist zu schaffen.
Gestern auf dem Weg zum Bauernhof, wo ich die Eier kaufe, endlich wieder mal mit Spiegelreflex unterwegs. Wenn auch mit tiefer Wehmut, weil "das Kind" nie mehr dabei sein wird.

It's just the way things are, degree of knowledge today: the more often one is infected with covid, the more susceptible one is to further infections. But finally, this tough flu is over and the toe that got hit is holding up again. Only the bruise is still wobbling around in the ball of my foot. On Thursday I had muscle cat from the 3-hour sewing class the night before. Anew, the muscles need more training, but that's feasible.
