Unsere Vermieter erweisen sich immer noch als lernresistent. Nächstens wird die Schlichtungsbehörde über Fall 8 und 9 allein wegen meiner Wohnung beraten. Die Nebenkosten von 2017, 2018 und 2019 müssen neu berechnet werden (zum zweiten Mal), Mietreduktion wegen Mängeln, die nicht behoben werden und wegen des Umbaus März bis Oktober 2017 u.a. mit wochenlang Presslufthammer im Haus usw. usw.
Oder hier, die Regenrinne war bisher jedes Jahr verstopft und letztes Jahr weigerte sich der Verwalter, sie reinigen zu lassen. Ich gab dann notfallmässig den Auftrag, habe das selber bezahlt, weil er sich weigerte, die Rechnung zu übernahmen und muss jetzt schauen, dass sie mir die 400 Franken der letztjährigen Reinigung zurückbezahlen.

Bei einer der Umbauwohnungen sind die Wände so feucht, dass die jungen Leute mit ihrem Kleinkind für die nächsten sechs bis acht Monate da nicht wohnen können. Erst bekommen sie lange trotz mehrerer eingeschriebener Briefe keine Antwort, dann, am Freitag per Mail die Kündigung per Ende August.
Das ist doch unfassbar. Die Vermieterin ist SP-Frau, war SP-Gemeindepräsidentin in Basel-Land, Juristin, Friedensrichterin. Und er war Arzt.
Ab und zu werde ich gefragt, warum ziehst du nicht um. Hab drüber nachgedacht, wie das gelaufen ist. So unmöglich verhalten sie sich ja erst seit März/April 2017, im April ist Thamiam gestorben und nachdem ich mich wieder etwas eingesammelt hatte, ging es im November 2018 bereits mit Bursitis in der rechten Schulter los.

Und kaum war die Bursitis Ende Januar 2019 ausgeheilt, wurde im März 2019 die Polymyalgia akut. Da gabs nie wirklich Raum, um ernsthaft auf Wohnungsfindung zu gehen.
