Time out - Kopf auslüften und das Herz besänftigen I - Airing the head and soothing the heart

Statt acht wurden es dann doch zehn wunderbare Tage, weil eine Freundin, die ich am Dienstag wegen einer grösseren OP beim Zahnarzt hätte fahren sollen, ihren Zahnarzttermin verschoben hatte. So konnte ich noch bis Mittwoch bleiben. Freundin G. aus T. kommt ursprünglich aus Ernen und lud mich ein, mit ihr hinzufahren, als sie hörte, dass Weiterleben nach dem Tod des jüngeren Sohnes zurzeit zu schwer ist. Ihre Mutter lebt noch dort und ich durfte eine Ferienwohnung nutzen, die Verwandten gehört. Ein grosses Glück. Danke an alle, die dazu beigetragen haben.

Schon am zweiten Abend das Konzert mit Maite Beaumont. Eine grossartige Mezzosopranistin mit einem ebenso grossartigen Barockensemble. Einen herzlichen Dank an G.'s Mama für das Ticket. Ein unerwartetes und höchst willkommenes Geschenk.

Instead of eight I had ten wonderful days, because a friend of mine, which I should have transported on Tuesday because of a bigger surgery by the dentist, had postponed her dentist's appointment. So I could stay until wednesday. Friend G. from T. originally comes from Ernen. She invited me to join her when she heard that after the death of the younger son life is too difficult at the moment. Her mother still lives there and I was allowed to use a vacation home that belonged to relatives. Lucky me. Many thanks to all, who helped.

Already the second evening we heard the concert with Maite Beaumont. A great mezzosopranist with an likewise great baroque ensemble. Thanks very much to G.'s mom for the ticket. An unexpected and highly welcome gift.

Ich füttere sonst grundsätzlich keine fremden Katzen. Aber der hier ist dermassen mager, dass ich es für richtig hielt, ihn wenigstens ein bisschen aufzupäppeln.
